Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Integral platform, available at integral.meteorit.rs (the "Platform"), operated by MeteorIT d.o.o. Beograd ("MeteorIT", "we"). By using the Platform you accept these Terms.

If a separate written agreement between MeteorIT and your organization conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails.

1. About the service

Integral is an AI implementation platform for business clients. It connects the systems an organization already uses (such as ERP, e-mail, ticketing and file storage) and provides an AI assistant, reports and workflow automations on top of them.

The Platform is provided exclusively to legal entities for business use.

2. Accounts and access

Access to the Platform is granted through accounts created for your organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Workspace administrators manage users, roles and permissions within their workspace and are responsible for granting access only to authorized persons.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Platform you must not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • attempt to circumvent access controls or access data you are not authorized to see;
  • damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform, or interfere with its operation;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, its infrastructure or other users’ workspaces;
  • use the Platform for any purpose the EU AI Act classifies as high-risk — including screening or evaluating job applicants, monitoring or evaluating workers, assessing creditworthiness or eligibility for essential services, insurance risk pricing, biometric identification or emotion inference, or law-enforcement, migration and border-control decisions. The Platform has not been built or assessed as a high-risk AI system, and these uses are outside what it is offered for. See our AI transparency page.

4. Customer data

Your organization retains all rights to its data. MeteorIT processes it only to provide the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

Processing of personal data on the Platform is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, published at integral.meteorit.rs/dpa and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By signing a service agreement or order form for the Platform, or by using the Platform, your organization accepts that agreement. A signed counterpart is available on request from ai@meteorit.rs.

By connecting a system to the Platform, your organization confirms that it has the right to do so, that such use complies with the terms of that system, and that where the system holds a third party’s confidential information your organization is permitted to route it through the Platform.

5. Third-party services and sub-processors

Integral runs on third-party infrastructure and sends your requests to AI model providers. It cannot be provided otherwise: transmitting your data to those providers is how the Platform produces an answer. The complete list of them — what each one does, where it processes data and the transfer safeguard that applies — is published at integral.meteorit.rs/subprocessors.

Accepting these Terms is your organization’s general written authorization for MeteorIT to engage the providers on that list, on the notice, objection and liability terms set out in the Data Processing Agreement. Your workspace administrators choose which AI providers are configured, and a workspace can be restricted to the providers your organization accepts.

Systems your organization connects to the Platform are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MeteorIT is not responsible for the availability, content or conduct of third-party services.

With your consent, the Platform uses third-party analytics services — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Declining analytics cookies does not limit your use of the Platform.

6. Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements

MeteorIT treats your organization’s data as confidential, discloses it only as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, and binds everyone it authorizes to process that data to written confidentiality obligations that outlast their engagement.

The transmissions the service is made of are permitted disclosures. Sending your data to the sub-processors published at integral.meteorit.rs/subprocessors — hosting, database, mail delivery and, above all, AI model providers — is done at your instruction in order to provide the service, and is not a breach of confidentiality, of these Terms, of the service agreement, or of any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement between MeteorIT and your organization.

This applies to such an agreement whether it was signed before or after these Terms and whether or not it names the Platform. Every one of them is read as permitting those disclosures. An agreement intended to override this — to bar a named provider, to require prior written consent for each one, or to impose a stricter standard — must say so expressly, refer to the Data Processing Agreement by name, and be signed by both parties; a general confidentiality clause does not do it.

Nothing in this section permits any other disclosure. MeteorIT does not sell your data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not disclose it to any third party outside that published list except where the law compels it — in which case we tell you first, unless the law forbids it, and disclose only what is legally required. Section 7 of the Data Processing Agreement sets out the full position, including your right to object to a new sub-processor.

7. AI-generated content

Responses on the Platform are generated by AI models. Although they are grounded in your data and cite sources, they may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

Actions that change data are prepared as drafts for your review and approval, except for workflows your workspace has explicitly enabled to run automatically.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design and documentation are the property of MeteorIT. Your organization receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for the duration of the contract.

9. Fees

Fees for the use of the Platform are defined in the commercial agreement between MeteorIT and your organization.

10. Availability and warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, although we work to keep the service reliable and available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeteorIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the Platform.

MeteorIT’s total liability for all claims related to the Platform is limited to the amount your organization paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Platform in the event of a material breach of these Terms or a security risk. Termination of the contract between MeteorIT and your organization ends the right to use the Platform.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with an updated date; material changes will be announced to workspace administrators. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
